Zolon Tech Solutions Completes Successful Separation From Zolon Tech

Split Into Two Companies Strengthens Each Company's Focus On Their Respective Practice Areas

Zolon Tech Solutions announced it has successfully completed the spinout of Zolon Tech Solutions from Zolon Tech, Inc. (ZTI). Zolon Tech Solutions will continue to provide IT consulting and full-lifecycle application outsourcing services to Global 2000 and high-growth mid-market companies in the commercial sector.

We are excited about the conclusion of our demerger which commenced almost one year ago, said Goutham Amarneni, CEO of Zolon Tech Solutions. This will allow the commercial and federal IT business units that comprised Zolon Tech, Inc. to focus even more on their respective practice areas. These are very different market segments and the formation of two separate companies to address each of these diverse market segments ensures that we will maintain the superior level of service to which our customers have become accustomed.

The individual practice areas have grown dramatically over the past 18 months, added Doug Stokes, President of Zolon Tech Solutions, Last year alone, our commercial sector business grew by nearly 50 percent. Moving forward, well be able to provide the commercial sector an even wider range of application management solutions that leverage distributed global delivery.

“We are excited to have completed the demerger, said Ram Mattapalli, CEO of ZTI. Now that Zolon Tech Solutions, Inc. and ZTI are separate companies, ZTI can focus exclusively on its core business of providing IT solutions to the federal government sector.
